Items must be unused, in original packaging, and meet the return conditions below.

Non-Returnable Items

• Sale items (final sale)
• Customized/personalized products
• Food, litter, sanitary goods, toys, health & personal care items (for hygiene reasons)
• Pre-order items (unless defective or incorrect)
  

 

Refunds

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the return. Refunds are made to your original payment method, with no extra fees. Items not meeting return conditions may be refused.

 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and risks. Please use an insured, trackable shipping service. We cannot issue refunds without receiving the product or proof of delivery.
