Shipping Policy
Processing Time
In-stock orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. During weekends or holiday periods, please allow 3–4 business days. Pre-Order orders ship within 2–3 weeks (from overseas, delays possible; we’ll notify you by email if significant)
Shipping Methods
Shipped via Canada Post, USPS, Purolator, or similar carriers with tracking. Rush/express options available (extra fee).
Delivery Time
Canadian orders usually arrive within 2–8 business days. US orders typically take 3–9 business days, depending on the destination.
Mixed & Combined Orders
Orders with both In Stock and Pre-Order items ship together once Pre-Orders arrive. To receive In Stock items sooner, please order separately. If an item is discontinued or out of stock, we’ll contact you to adjust or refund. For multiple orders placed within a few days, please contact us to request combined shipping or a discount. Orders placed close together may be shipped together.

Both In-Stock and Pre-Order items count toward free shipping. Example: A U.S. order with $100 In Stock + $60 Pre-Order = $160 total → qualifies for free shipping.

For heavy packages or large-sized shipments, an additional shipping fee will be automatically applied at checkout.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
We currently only ship to Canada and the US. All prices include duties & taxes for U.S. shipping — no extra fees on delivery.
Damages & Lost Items
We take great care to ensure your order arrives safely. If your item is damaged in transit or has a manufacturing issue, please email info.ohmopup@gmail.com within 3 business days of delivery. Kindly include your order number and photos of the package and damaged area.
Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To request a return, please email us at info.ohmopup@gmail.com with your order number.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and meet the return conditions below.
Non-Returnable Items

- Customized/personalized products
- Food, litter, sanitary goods, toys, health & personal care items (for hygiene reasons)
- Pre-order items (unless defective or incorrect)
Refunds
Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the return. Refunds are made to your original payment method, with no extra fees. Items not meeting return conditions may be refused.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and risks. Please use an insured, trackable shipping service. We cannot issue refunds without receiving the product or proof of delivery.
