Where is my order?
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once shipped. You can also track via your order history page.
How long will it take for my order to be processed?
In stock orders processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Processing may take longer during weekends or holidays.
What payment methods can I use?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal through Shopify. We also accept Email Transfers, WeChat Pay, and Alipay, please email info.ohmopup@gmail.com or add our official WeChat account ohpetca1 to arrange.

Do you ship outside of Canada?
We currently only ship to Canada and the US. All prices include duties & taxes for U.S. shipping — no extra fees on delivery.
Do I need to pay for the return shipping fee?
Customer is responsible for return costs and risk. Please use a trackable/insured service.
Return & Refund
What is your return and refund policy?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery: info.ohmopup@gmail.com. Items must be unused, in original packaging. Sale, food, litter, sanitary, personal care, and pre-order items are non-returnable.

Refunds usually take 3–7 business days for credit cards and 7–10 business days for debit cards to show. Timing may vary, please check with your bank for exact details.
