After placing your order, please send us a 'vertical rectangular photo' that you’d like to display in the frame. We will deliver both photo and frame, and it is ready to display!

• This product will be shipped directly from Korea and is a pre-order item. Please allow 2-4 weeks for dispatch.
• No refunds, exchanges, or returns unless the product is defective or the customization is incorrect.
• Pre-orders may be cancelled if the manufacturer is out of stock at the time of ordering.
• If you purchase both pre-order and in-stock items, all items will be shipped together once the pre-order item arrives.
