We currently only ship to Canada and the US. All prices include duties & taxes for U.S. shipping.
Damages & Lost Items
If your item is lost, damaged in transit, or has a manufacturing defect, please email us at info.ohmopup@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the package and damaged area.
Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, please email us with your order number.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and meet the return conditions below.

Refunds
Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the return. Refunds are made to your original payment method. Pre-order items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded unless the item is defective or incorrect.
