• This product will be shipped directly from Korea and is a pre-order item. Please allow 2-4 weeks for dispatch.
• No refunds, exchanges, or returns unless the product is defective or the customization is incorrect.
• Pre-orders may be cancelled if the manufacturer is out of stock at the time of ordering.
• If you purchase both pre-order and in-stock items, all items will be shipped together once the pre-order item arrives.

Customization Options

1. Number of Pets – Choose how many pets you’d like to be drawn on the plate.

One Pet 

Two Pets / Up to Three Pets: The maximum number of pets that can be drawn on the same plate.

2. Personalization – Add a name or date of birth on the plate (Available in English, Chinese & Korean)

3. Drawing Style – Select whether you’d like just the head or the full body of your pet.

4. Background Design - Select whether you’d like no background, the default background.

No Background – A clean, minimal design.

Default Background – The default background features a circular design around the plate, and the artist will choose a color that best complements your pet.
