• This product will be shipped directly from Korea and is a pre-order item. Please allow 3-4 weeks for dispatch.
• No refunds, exchanges, or returns unless the product is defective or the customization is incorrect.
• Pre-orders may be cancelled if the manufacturer is out of stock at the time of ordering.
• If you purchase both pre-order and in-stock items, all items will be shipped together once the pre-order item arrives.

Order procedure

1. Select the base fabric color
2. Select if you want to embroider the existing face or customize
3. If you choose the existing face embroidery, please enter the number of the illustration and face color if you like to change it
4. If you choose to customize the pet's face, please send us pictures of your furbae to our email
5. Please enter the name to be embroidered on the front and choose the emoji you would like to add beside the name embroidery
6. Select if you would like to add a background, if so, please enter which one you like to add

• You can embroider up to three pets' face, if you would like to embroider more than one pet, please send email to info.ohmopup@gmail.com

• You can choose either existing face embroidery or customized face embroidery according to your pet's picture! 
• If you would like to customize pet's face, designer will create a personalized portrait based on photos of your furry friend. Please upload a few pictures below!
• You can change the color of the pet's face
