• Since the customized wool keyring is handmade by the artist, it will be produced by order and directly shipped from Korea. Please allow 3 months from order to dispatch.
• No refunds, exchanges, or returns unless the product is defective or the customization is incorrect.
• If you purchase both pre-order and in-stock items, all items will be shipped together once the pre-order item arrives.
