If you are purchasing for the first time, please be sure to read below.

Our store offers two types of products: "In Stock" items and "Pre-Order" items.

 

 Difference Between "In Stock" and "Pre Order" Items

 

"In Stock"

These items are in stock and ready for immediate shipment.

Delivery is via Canada Post, USPS, etc. We do offer rush or express shipping. If you are in a hurry, please contact us before purchasing (An additional shipping fee may apply). 

 

"Pre-Order"

All pre-order items are scheduled to be shipped within 2-3 weeks after purchasing. Please start counting from the weekend deadline of the day of purchase. The deadline is every Sunday at 10:00PM (EST).

 

Mixed Orders

If you purchase both "Pre-Order" and "In Stock" items in the same order, we will ship all items together once the pre-order items arrives.

If you would like to receive your in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order for them.

 

Delivery Time

For all in stock items will be fulfilled within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after placing your order.

 

Pre-order items will be shipped as soon as they arrive, all pre-order items are scheduled to be shipped within 2-3 weeks after purchasing.

 

Please note that pre-order items are shipped from overseas, so shipping may be delayed from the scheduled time. If there is a significant delay in delivery, we will contact you using the email address you provided. 

 

About Specifying the Shipping Time

We do accept requests for specific shipping times. After placing your order, please email us with your preferred delivery time, and we will arrange it. Once the package is shipped, we will send you the tracking number.

 

Delivery Guarantee

Our store cannot be held responsible for any issues that occur during delivery, such as loss of items. Please note that we do not guarantee refunds or reshipments.

If you are concerned, we can change the shipping method you would like to prefer. Please contact us for more details.

 

Pre-Order Items / Ordering

Currently, all pre-order items are ordered only after payment is confirmed. Since inventory levels change frequently, manufacturers may discontinue production without notice. In rare cases, we may be unable to secure stock.

If this happens, we will contact you to adjust a order or process a refund. Please ensure you provide a valid email address for communication. If we are unable to reach you for more than two weeks due to unavoidable circumstances, the order will be automatically canceled. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

 

​About Requests for Combined Shipping After Purchase

If you purchase another items a few days after your initial order and request a shipping discount to combine the previous item, please note that we do not offer this service.

Additionally, if you make several consecutive reservations, the items may arrive around the same time. In such cases, we may ship them together, so we kindly ask for your understanding.

 

About the Products We Handle 

If you would like to order any brands or products that are not listed on our website, please send us a photo of the items you wish to purchase, and we will be happy to place the order for you.

 

Both In-Stock and Pre-Order Products Follow the Same Shipping Solicy.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

​You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

​We currently only ship orders to the US and Canada. Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees applied by the destination country. The recipient is responsible for these fees. Please be advised that products (such as meat, dairy products, chicken meat, and eggs, food items CBP considers inadmissible) are typically not allowed into the US; customers are solely responsible for these imports, and we have no control over their removal or destruction.

 

Damages, Lost

​We take every conceivable safety measure to prevent product damage. If the item is damaged in transit or has a manufacturing problem, please email us at info.ohmopup@gmail.com within three business days of receiving the package.

About Cancellations and Size Changes 

Please note that we cannot accept cancellations after an order has been placed. If you ordered the wrong size or color, please contact us within 24 hours. After this period, unfortunately we will not able to modify your order.

If there are any issues with the selected size or color, we will reach out to you via the email provided at checkout. If we do not receive a response within 24 hours, the order will be automatically canceled.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Pre-ordered items cannot be exchanged or returned for personal reasons, such as ordering the wrong size or not liking the color. Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if the product is defective or if there is an error with the customization message.
